Lasagna
Pasta
3-4 zucchini
Slice zucchini thinly lengthwise and lay first layer on bottom of lasagna serving plate.
Tomato Sauce - made in blender
Meat Sauce - made in food processor
8 florets cauliflower
basil
oregano
garlic
2 small tomatoes
2 tbsp. strained sauce
onion (or leek) - put in after blended for a little
Put all in except onion. Blend a little and then add onion.

5 Roma tomatoes
5 dates
Beet greens (or spinach)
1 celery stalk
rosemary

basil

Put in strainer and let the water drain out.
Meat Sauce - made in food processor

Put all in except onion. Blend a little and then add onion.
- Blend tomato sauce ingredients at high setting until smooth. Strain sauce through a mesh strainer. Press some of the sauce with a spoon.
- Put all the meat sauce ingredients into blender with mushrooms with another couple of basil leaves. '
- Put 1st layer of zucchini slices down. Cover with tomato sauce.
- Put 2nd layer of zucchini slices down over tomato sauce. Cover with meat sauce.
- Cover meat sauce with another layer of zucchini.
- Top with tomato sauce and sliced tomatoes and a few leaves of basil pieces.
- Add a few microgreens to the top as well.
