Best No-Fat Raw Gazpacho

1 mango
3 small tomatoes
3 basil leaves
2 lime, squeezed
1 small cucumber
1 celery stalk
handful of spinach
small sliver of jalapeno
1/2 red pepper

Puree until chunky or smooth, your preference.  Optional: can add chunks of cucumber, red pepper, and diced tomatoes. 

No-Fat Raw Hail to the Kale Tropical Smoothie

2 cups kale (or spinach)
1 cup oj
1 cup mango
2 peaches
1 apple

Blend tightly packed kale and fruit until well blended.  

Greenalicious Pineapple Smoothie

1 lb. pineapple
handful cilantro leaves
3 small mint leaves
1 celery stalk
2 small cucumbers
handful of blueberries
2 navel oranges, small, squeezed for juice
1 lime, squeezed for juice

Lemony Celery Juice

3 hearts of celery
OR
1 large celery bunch (long)
1 large lemon or 2 small lemons

Juice the celery stalks and squeeze in lemon.  Want to have 16 oz. of celery juice.  Drink 1st thing on empty stomach.  Great for adrenals because of mineral salts in celery juice.

Insalata di Napoli

1 large mango
1 med. tomatoes
3 date
1 slice of sweet onion
1/2 clove garlic
1/4" fresh ginger
3 fresh basil leaves
1/2 tbsp. freshly dried oregano
1 in sprig of fresh rosemary
pinch of thyme
small piece of jalapeno
handful of cilantro
2 med. cauliflower floret pieces

Blend in blender and put over bed of spiralized zucchini and cut up spinach and sweet onion with sprouts and grape tomatoes.  Pour over top and mix in well.

No-fat Raw BBQ Sauce

5 plums, pitted and quartered
1 apple, cored and quartered
8 medjool dates, pitted
2 celery stalk
1 large beet, peeled and diced roughly (let ripen on counter until a little soft)
1 garlic clove
slice of jalapeno
1/2 cup lime juice
1/8th tsp hot smoked paprika

Blend until smooth.  Stopping to scrape down sides.  Use immediately in a collard wrap with greens or with jicama fries.
