No-fat Raw Lasagna Topped with Tomato slices and Basil

Lasagna 

Pasta


3-4 zucchini 

Slice zucchini thinly lengthwise and lay first layer on bottom of lasagna serving plate.   


Tomato Sauce - made in blender

5 Roma tomatoes
5 dates
Beet greens (or spinach)
1 celery stalk
rosemary
oregano
basil
serrano

Put in strainer and let the water drain out.  

Meat Sauce - made in food processor


8 florets cauliflower 
basil
oregano
garlic
2 small tomatoes
2 tbsp. strained sauce
onion (or leek) - put in after blended for a little

Put all in except onion.  Blend a little and then add onion.  


  1. Blend tomato sauce ingredients at high setting until smooth.  Strain sauce through a mesh strainer.  Press some of the sauce with a spoon.  
  2. Put all the meat sauce ingredients into blender with mushrooms with another couple of basil leaves.  '
  3. Put 1st layer of zucchini slices down.  Cover with tomato sauce. 
  4. Put 2nd layer of zucchini slices down over tomato sauce.  Cover with meat sauce.
  5. Cover meat sauce with another layer of zucchini.  
  6. Top with tomato sauce and sliced tomatoes and a few leaves of basil pieces.  
  7. Add a few microgreens to the top as well.

Spicy Papaya Apple Smoothie

Papaya seeds from one papaya
3 organic sweet apple (not Granny smith)

Blend in blender.  Great digestive aid.

Pureed Salad

Big handful of sprouts
6 oz. spinach
2 medium tomatoes
1 lime, squeezed
1 orange, squeezed
slice of serrano pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/4 med. sweet onion

Put in blender.  Leave chunky.  

Berry Banana Smoothie

3  ripe bananas
3 oz. frozen wild blueberries
9 strawberries

Blend in blender.
