Turmeric Ginger Smoothie - Anti-Inflammatory Goodness


TO BE JUICED:
1 inch slice of fresh turmeric, skin removed
1 inch slice of fresh ginger, skin removed
3 valencia oranges, juiced
2 celery ribs, juiced

------------------
IN BLENDER:


1 lb. pineapple
2 celery ribs
Put turmeric, ginger, orane and celery juice into blender.  Add pineapple and other 2 celery ribs.  Blend together.
