Low-Fat Raw Muhammara Dip

2 red pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
About 2 oz. pomegranate juice (can juice your own using pomegranate seeds)
1 celery stalk
5 cauliflower florets
Handful of walnuts
2 roma tomatoes
1 slice of jalapeno
2 sundried tomatoes
1 garlic
shake of cumin
3 tamarind, no pods or seeds

Blend all in food processor. Serve with cucumber slices and endive leaves.
