No-fat Raw Horseradish Dressing Salad

4 cauliflower florets
4 tamarind pods - shell off and deseeded - then soak in juice of 1 lime for 30 minutes
2 small tomatoes
1/4 inch horseradish, grated
1/2 inch ginger piece, whole
4 mint leaves
1 orange, squeezed for juice
1/2 small sweet onion
handful of cilantro

Put all in food processor.  Pout over cut spinach salad with grape tomatoes on top.
