- 2 large zucchini, organic - spirlalized to create noodles
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 large celery stalk, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
- shake of ground cumin
- slice of jalapeno, diced
Mash avocado into the lemon juice and mix in basil and mint, jalapeno, zest and cumin. Mix with zoodles and serve.
