Raw Pickled Radish

1 white radish (sometimes called daikon or Chinese white radish)
1/8 cup lemon juice

1/8 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated turmeric

Cut radish into half moon slices.  Place all ingredients in bowl.  Let sit for 20 mins.  Garnish with mint leaves.  Serve with noodle dish.
