No-Fat Novi's Raw Sambal

6 Roma tomatoes, diced into small chunks
10 thin slices of red onions
1/2 jalapeno (no seeds or pith), sliced thinly and diced

Grind in a mortar and pestle - preferably stone.  Leave slightly chunky.   

Squeeze some lime over top if a bit of citrus desired.  

Can put as pizza sauce, in soups, on zoodles* or cauliflower rice.  

*Pic of sambal over jicama and cucumber noodles.  :)

The original recipe from Novi:

 I use 1 tomato, 2red onions, 1 chilli, and a little bit salt. Sometime i mix with big red chilli and white onion.
