No-Fat Raw Baba Gahnouj Dressing

To Make Garlic Sauce:
1/2 head of garlic, unpeeled and broken apart into individual cloves
2 lemon, peeled and whole
Blend well and press through sieve leaving behind skins of garlic.  Add garlic sauce back into blender.

Add to Blender with Garlic Sauce:
1 eggplant, peeled and juiced for pulp
1 celery stalk
1 lemon, peeled and whole
5 green onion - white and green parts
8 dates, soaked in juice from 1 lime
slice of jalapeno
hunk of aloe vera gel, fresh
shake of ground cumin 
shake of ground coriander
1/8 tsp. smoked paprika - sweet or hot or a combo

Basil - 7 leaves, chopped to place on top of sauce

Blend until desired consistency.  Cut
