Low-Fat Raw Snippy Avocado Soup

1 large parsnip, grated
1/2 cup celery juice
1/4 avocado, cut-up
1 roma tomato, diced
Squeeze of lemon juice

 In a blender, blend parsnip and liquid until smooth.  Put in bowl and put diced tomatoes on top.
