Low-Fat Raw Green Goddess Dressing

Dressing Ingredients
  • 1 slimcado avocado (Florida smooth skin green ones)
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • big handful of spinach, keep stems
  • big handful of cilantro, leaves and stems

Noodles 
2 medium cucumbers, spiralized
Instructions
  1. Blend all dressing ingredients in a high speed blender or a food processor till smooth. Pour over cucumber noodles with watercress.
