Low-Fat Raw Curry Sauce

Curry Sauce*:

1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 clove garlic
5 dates
handful of chia seeds (to help thicken)
1/2 zucchini
Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice

Blend all until smooth.
