No-Fat Raw Spaghetti Mushroom Bolognese

This from my overt fat free friend - Daniel Shultz.
SPIRALIZE:
-3 zucchinis
BLEND (on pulse, or use food processor):
-6 roma tomatoes
-1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
-3 mushrooms
-2 celery stalks
-1 spring onion sprig
-juice of half of a lemon
-dried or fresh oregano to taste
-dried or fresh basil to taste
I roughly chopped the blended ingredients just so they would blend easier :-)
TOPPINGS:
-5-6 cubed mushrooms
-small handful of sun dried tomatoes
Mix everything together and enjoy!  

* Reviews were that it tasted JUST like spaghetti with red sauce. :)
