No-Fat Raw Pumpkin Persimmon Mousse

1/3rd small sugar pie pumpkin, seeds and skin removed
4 ripe persimmons


Blend until smooth. *

*Use a little freshly squeezed orange juice if needed for blending.  

Top with sliced ripe plantain.
