No-fat Raw Tamarind Cucumber Salad

4 Persian cukes, diced
7 tamarind beans, pods and seeds removed, soaked in lime juice
handful of cilantro, chopped

Put soaked tamarind into food processor and mash it up well so it coats the cucumber.  Mix all together and squeeze more lime juice on top.
