5 Roma Tomatoes
Slice of Jalapeno (or to taste)
2 Limes, peeled and whole
4 Dates
1/2 Zucchini
1 Garlic clove (or to taste)
1 tbsp. tahini [see Low-Fat Tahini (link2left)]
1/8th tsp. cumin
1/8th tsp. coriander
1/8th tsp. smoked paprika
Put all in blender and blend until smooth.
Mix in fresh chopped cilantro leaves and put whole ones on top.
