No-Fat Raw Menschy Mustard

Raw Mustard
1/4 cup mustard seed (soak in water at least 14 hours)
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup water
3 dates (or 1.5 tsp. raw sweetener)
1/4 tsp. ground turmeric or small chunk freshly grated turmeric

optional: added 2 celery stalks (blogger's note - not author's note)

Blend until smooth.
