Lowfat Raw Cheezy Pepita Sauce for Zoodles

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, soaked overnight
1/2 red bell pepper
1 lemon, peeled and whole
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 celery stalk
1/4 eggplant, peeled
Add water if want it thinner

Blend well and add 5 cut up basil leaves and 1/4 tsp. of oregano and a pinch of freshly dried rosemary.

Pour over zoodles or any noodles.  :)
